Liposuction also cannot heal irregularities on the skin surface, such as saggy skin and cellulite, and does not remove traces of cracks. Liposuction assists in shaping the body after removing fat from the relevant organization at any place necessary for skin stretching surgery.
Liposuction process, usually genetic features, pregnancy, unbalanced nutrition and so on. For some reasons, it is applied in order to get the accumulated fat in some parts of the body. It can also be applied to the treatment of some rare disorders such as liposuction, gynecomastia (abnormal breast enlargement in men) and lipoedema (painful lubrication syndrome).
Our patients who apply to our aesthetic center to have liposuction have an initial interview with our aesthetic specialists. Before surgery, our plastic surgeon determines the area where the patient can get fat from the body. All procedures to be applied to the patient are performed under hygienic conditions in our clinic. A sterile liquid solution is added to the area to be treated. This liquid solution numbs and hardens the patient’s skin. A small incision is then made on the patient’s skin. A cannula attached to the incision is placed in the vacuum machine.
We slowly move the vacuum tube forward and backward so that the oil can be sucked off. Excess blood and fluid are also discharged. Postoperatively, the incisions can be left open to prevent the development of edema and to drain excess fluid. After the procedure is completed, the suture is thrown and the related area is wrapped with bandage. Operation time may vary depending on the area treated and the amount of fat taken. However, this operation is usually completed within 1-3 hours. In order to prevent possible complications after liposuction surgery, we ensure that the patient stays in the hospital for 1 night. However, in local anesthesia, a few hours after the end of surgery can be returned home.
Especially after gaining too much weight, it is possible to perform this surgery for our patients with sagging abdomen, breasts, legs or arms, excessive fat in the body, uncomplicated diabetes, and no problems in the heart and lungs.
